When and how to request a consultation at the health center

WHEN YOU NEED:

  • Being seen by a healthcare professional for changes in your health status
  • Recipes for your treatment
  • Collect unsubscription or receipts
  • Collect results of tests performed (analytical, X-ray, ultrasound, …)
  • Solve any other doubt or question

You can request a telephone consultation, by calling the Health Center or through the GVA + Salut App

FOR SERIOUS SYMPTOMS SUCH AS:

  • Difficulty breathing
  • Severe pain in the chest
  • Intolerable pain elsewhere
  • Severe dizziness / loss of consciousness
  • Tachycardia / palpitations
  • Sudden loss of strength or vision
